VSWGA State Days are weekly one-day 18-hole stroke play events that bring members together for some friendly competition.
In 2021, we have 54 State Day events scheduled. Check the State Day Calendar for updates–State Days that are canceled due to weather are often rescheduled later in the season. There are 2-3 courses to choose from each Tuesday, and a few Monday events, with venues in northern, central and southern Vermont. We’ll end the season with a day of golf, food, and fun at our annual Fall Awards Classic on September 21 (course to be determined).
Players register for a state day by requesting a tee time using our on-line tournament management software, Golf Genius. Fees for State Days are paid by credit card when registering in Golf Genius. The VSWGA fee for all courses is $10.00, including the Closest-to-the-Pin contest, which benefits Junior Golf initiatives. Players also pay the pro shop for greens fees, usually $20 to play 18-hole courses and $15 for 9-hole courses. Cart price and requirement will vary by course. Read more about registration.
Full Field Results
Following each event, all State Day participants will receive an email notification of the State Day scores. These scores will also be available on Golf Genius. The complete State Day results including Closest to the Pin winners will be available as soon as possible via email and here.
