Greetings fellow golfers! We are excited to announce the opening of the 2025 Major Tournament Season. Here are the details of where and when:
Senior Championship
CHAMPLAIN COUNTRY CLUB
Tuesday-Wednesday, July 8-9, 2025
Register by June 23rd at 3pm.

Amateur Championship
EKWANOK COUNTRY CLUB
Monday-Wednesday, August 4-6, 2025
Register by July 21st at 3pm.

Mid-Amateur Championship
HAYSTACK GOLF COURSE
Saturday-Sunday, September 6-7, 2025
Register by August 22nd at 3pm.

To register: Please visit: VSWGA Majors Registration. Details of each tournament are available on the event registration information page in Golf Genius.
Please Note:
1. All Registrations for Majors are now open on Golf Genius. Each registration is accepted and marked “Pending” until the close of registration for the event. If a tournament field reaches it’s limit, we will update the players that are on the “bubble”. See the Member Handbook for field sizes and age requirements.
2. There are eligibility requirements for the Major Tournaments. Those requirements can be found in the Member Handbook and on the website VSWGA General Information. It is up to the player to meet the requirements.
3. The field will be confirmed no later than the date listed as the close of registration for each event.
