Entries Close: Thursday, June 6 5:00PM ET
Eligibility: Entries are open to female amateur golfers who have an active GHIN Handicap Index at any member club of a New England state golf association not exceeding 18.0 as determined by the June 6, 2024 Handicap Revision. The Championship proper will be a maximum of 120 players, accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Divisions: There are two divisions in the New England Women’s Amateur Championship. The Championship division is a gross-only competition played from approximately 5700-6000 yards (yardages subject to change). The Overall Champion, Runner-Up and Junior Champion will be awarded from this tee set. The Tournament Division is a gross & net competition played from
approximately 5600 – 5800 yards (yardages subject to change). The Senior and Legend Champion will be awarded from this tee.
Entry Close Date: Entries and fully paid entry fees for both exempt and qualifying competitors must be received through the NEGA Online Entry process by 5:00 pm EST on Thursday, June 6, 2024.

Several Vermont Golfers Competed – Els Walker of Dorset Field Club Wins 1st in Legends Division
The New England Women’s Amateur Golf Championship was held at the Country Club of Vermont June 20-22, with about 30 Vermont golfers participating. Not all made the cut to the final round but quite a few made an excellent showing in Waterbury.
