Happy Holidays to all our VSWGA Members!

  •  Deadline February 28th 2023 for 2022 Chit breakdown: If you would like your 2022 Award Certificate (Chit) broken down into smaller amounts, please send it by snail mail to: VSWGA, P.O. Box 8097, Brattleboro, VT 05304-8097.  The minimum is $100.  We will not break a $50 chit.  Example:  A $352 award certificate will be broken down into three $100 dollar certificates and one $52 dollar certificate. 
  • If you would like to donate your Award Certificate to the VSWGA, please send it by snail mail to: VSWGA, P.O. Box 8097, Brattleboro, VT 05304-8097. 
  • Volunteer Opportunities: We need rules officials for Majors and to help with Junior Golf.  If you are interested, please contact vswgaquestions@gmail.com.
  • New Member Orientation Zoom Meeting – Save the Date: April 4th, 2023, 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Spring Club Rep Training Zoom Meeting – Save the Dates:
    • Monday March 27th 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
    • Wednesday April 12th 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
    • Monday April 24th 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

  • 2023 VSWGA Senior Championship – July 11-12 @ Williston Golf Club
  • 2023 VSWGA Amateur Championship – July 31 – Aug 2 @ Mt. Anthony Country Club
  • 2023 VSWGA Mid-Amateur Championship – September 23-24 @ Neshobe Golf Club
  • 2023 Fall Awards Classic – Sept 26th @ Quechee Club

2023 Memberships Available:

  • To activate your 2023 membership, go here: 2023 VSWGA Membership.  Be sure you are signed into Golf Genius before processing.
  • If you renew by 1/20/23, you renew at the $30.  After 1/20/23, it is $40.  We love early renewals because it saves us time during the March – June crunch of membership processing and event setup.
  • We will send out handbooks in the February to March timeframe.  If you winter at a different address than you summer, please update your “Handbook Address” in your profile.   
  • If you recruit your friends, be sure they have an active Vermont GHIN before creating a profile.  They can create a profile by going here: New Members – Create a Golf Genius Profile.
  • If you want to renew your Lakeside Membership, that will not be available until 2023.  You will receive an email when it is available.
  • We encourage you to use the online Golf Genius system for renewal.  It is faster and cheaper processing for VSWGA, but if you just get frustrated with computers and want to send a check and form instead (we understand).  Go to 2023 VSWGA Membership Form.
  • Club Reps receive free membership.  To activate your Club Rep Membership, go here: 2023 VSWGA Club Rep Membership and click on the Club Rep Membership selection.  Be sure you are signed into Golf Genius before processing.
