CONGRATS TO MELISSA RICE
Congrats to Melissa Rice. She shot a hole-in-one on Hole #7 during the Proctor-Pittsford State Day. Way to go, Melissa!
ESSEX AND ST JOHNSBURY STATE DAYS ARE RESCHEDULED
The Essex Country Club State Day and the St. Johnsbury Country Club State Day have both been rescheduled for Wednesday, Sept 11. Registration will open on Fri, Aug 30 at 7am.
VERMONT NATIONAL LOTTERY
Registration for the Vermont National State Day will open this Friday, 8/16 and close on Monday, 8/26. The lottery will be run on Monday and you will be notified if you have secured a spot by the end of the day on 8/26. Note that forward tees will also be offered at this event.
FALL AWARDS CLASSIC – SEPT 17 at COUNTRY CLUB OF BARRE
The Fall Awards Classic will be held this year at the Country Club of Barre on Sept 17 Registration is open and we have a full roster with 4 players on the waitlist. We have one single that has registered and is looking for a partner. If you are available and interested in playing, please email vswgaquestions@gmail.com and we will match you up.
CELEBRATE FALL – GOLF IN THE MID AM AT HAYSTACK
The Vermont Mid-Amateur Championship will be held on Sept 14-15 at Haystack Golf Course. See details about the tournament (Eligibility, Entry Fee, etc) in the handbook on page 32 or on our website at: https://vswga.org/championships/mid-amateur-championship/
