It was another beautiful day at Ekwanok Country Club. Great weather, great hosts, and some really great golf.
The Tournament Division finished up today with some outstanding scores. Trish Wade of Crown Point Country Club came in first gross with a score of 166, Mary Jane Shomo of Rutland Country Club came in second by match of cards with a 169 and Julie Dale of Lakeside Golf Club came in third, also with a 169. The Net winner for the Tournament Division was Delina Gilroy of Williston Golf Club shooting a net score of + 6. See the attached leaderboard for full-field results.
Williston Golf Club won the Paquet cup for the fourth year in a row with a score of 499, 6 points ahead of Burlington Country Club at 505 and Neshobe Golf Club at 516.
The Championship Division continued to impress with returning Champion Hailey Katona of Green Mountain National leading the field with a combined two round score of 143. Second place is tied with both Keely Culligan of Dorset Field Club and Lin Culver of Neshobe Golf Club shooting a 153. The competition is close after that. The Competition for the Junior Trophy is still tight. Namo Taulson of Kwiniaska Golf Club and Lillian Collins of Lakeside Golf Club are still in the hunt for a first place position.
